Welcome to world of warcraft Powerleveling Forum

Blizz, What are you doing to the Economy?

So now (if you wanted) you can make near 250g/day in dailys alone.

3+ Dailys result in a green item for near no work, that people are quickly DE'ing and destroying the Enchanting Mats value. Devaluing Enchanting as a way to make money even futher.

Mage talent build 10/47/3

We're discussing a Mage build, something that hasn't been done in a long, long time. For awhile now, Fire has been the tree of choice for the raiding mage (though some vets will remember fire-unfriendly MC and BWL). Although Fire isn't the only spec for raiding, it is the build I'm examining today.

So what makes Fire so great? Well, this build picks up all the damage-increasing talents in the Fire tree, some goodies from the Arcane tree, and even gives you a free point to put wherever you want. Hey, no one can say I'm not generous. Alright, so actually I'm not generous, there just seems to be no general consensus on where to put it, so I'm leaving it up to you. Without further ado, let's jump right in and take a look at what makes this build tick.

I should be a PVPer in World of Warcraft

In the past I have chimed in with a casual, laid-back opinion about low-level players in battlegrounds, specifically about how someone much lower level than the bracket cap can still play a part on the team with some good organization and planning. Bear in mind that I was merely a casual PVPer... I only did it for enough honor to "fill in the gaps" for what was primarily PvE gear. I never joined BGs until I was at least two levels from cap, but always thought that if another player wanted to join in at a remarkably low level that it was okay.

WOW Class Balancing in 2.4?

Will there be some class balancing in 2.4 beyond what has already been stated. I keep hearing that there is supposed to be some pretty significant balances, as there should be. Can we get at least a teaser?

How to ruin AV for your battlegroup

If your battlegroup isn't already ruined.

For the Alliance: Send a 5-man kill team to Stonehearth Bunker. Retake it, and give Horde hell. Fight like it's the most important point for Stonehearth GY. Block Horde from crossing midfield. Turtle up at Icewing bunker if necessary, and stop Horde's offense cold.

For the Horde: Seriously defend Galv, take and hold Snowfall GY, and turtle at Iceblood. Allow no Alliance to pass, and work their backfield with ninjas until they get 0 Honor for the match. Allow no offense, at all. Make sure to force them to turtle at Dun Baldar bridge to rub it in.

Blizzard sound track or CD

I doubt anyone still playing the game likes listening to the Blizzard sound track. Hence, most of you probably have itunes running in the background, or hook up your favorite CD or radio program. The sad thing is, recently you haven't been able to get free music legally and since you don't want to get in trouble nor do you have any money to spend, you just use the same stuff over and over or wait on a friend to give you a new CD.

User Interface

User Interface * There is now an option to turn off the screen edge damage flash when you have a fullscreen UI up. * You can sell stacks by dropping them on the merchant window again. * Ready check (/readycheck) will now display a visual display of each party/raid member's status next to their name. This will display in the Party UI, the Raid UI and the Raid pullout UI. A player will get a check mark if they are ready, a question mark if they have not replied and a red X if they are not ready or are afk. * You can now see raid members on the minimap as dark blue dots in addition to party members which still display as light blue dots. * You can now shift click names while the petition window is open to paste them into the petition. * Fixed various problems with /castsequence getting stuck. * /cast will toggle spells again unless the name is prefixed with an exclamation mark, e.g. /castsequence Steady Shot, !Auto Shot

checking for gold sellers and buyers

What do you mean, how was I advertising? By including a direct link to a gold selling site you have not only advertised the site but you have also broken the rules of this site! But, in regards to your other questions: Quote: Has anyone ever bought wow gold before? Silly question really as no-one will ever admit to having bought gold for any online game in a forum! Quote: Is it a scam? Is it legal? Some sites may well be running some sort of scam. Buying gold is against the ToS, so no, it is not legal. Quote: Do people get banned for buy gold? Blizzard are constantly checking for gold sellers and buyers, when they find them they are permanently banned from the game.

They stated at Blizzcon

They stated at Blizzcon that you would not convert your existing toon into a DK but unlock the ability to create one at a fairly high level. The rest seems in flux.I've heard that you will need to be 80 to unlock the DK, that you will be able to do it sooner, etc. I doubt that they'll give people 70 or below the ability to create a death knight. It would be a good way to ease the class in... you have to be 7x or 80, so people will level, then do the quest chain (it seems fairly certain it will be a chain), then get DK at some high level.

I was there -- not as a supporter of Ron Paul

I was there -- not as a supporter of Ron Paul, but first as an observer on my Alliance toon, and then attacking the rally on my Horde warlock. It was a mess. The server hasn't had queues for months, and that night we had a server queue of over 400. I know several people who were 45 minutes late for raids because of it. Everywhere the march went (there were an estimated 250-300 people in the march, though a small number of these were disinterested people looking for PvP opportunities and a small knot of dedicated hecklers) they created nearly unplayable levels of lag for any poor saps who were actually trying to play the game. On the Alliance side, chat channels and /yell were filled with political slogans, most of it along the lines of "A vote for Ron Paul is a vote for freedom!" -- you know, meaningless sound bites. I stayed with them as they marched from Ironforge, went to the tram, went to Stormwind, and then went to Westfall on their way to a swim to Booty Bay. In Westfall I logged to my Horde toon, where about ten of my guildmates were already on their high level Horde toons, waiting in Ratchet. Although the march itself didn't flag (leaders kept yelling at people not to flag), they had a lot of level 70 alliance guards who did. A friend of mine who has a high level Alliance talked to a few of them and found out that they didn't support Ron Paul or the march; they were just tagging along hoping for some world PvP. Well, we gave them that at Ratchet, and again at the Crossroads. Apparently the march had been planning to encircle the Crossroads and /dance, but they didn't realize how big of an aggro radius the mostly sub-level-6 march would have and the guards killed a lot of the earlier adapters. So they steered off XR and headed toward Orgrimmar. We (the high level Horde) finished killing the last of the flagged Alliance, mounted up, and headed off to meet them at the Orgrimmar gates.
